I miss blogging. . . 

I would like to be able to blog more frequently but it has not been possible for me. 

Hecho de menos bloguear . . . 

Me gustaría poder hacerlo con mas frecuencia pero por ahora no es posible

Que estoy haciendo ?

well. . . .last week (thursday) I had a small surgery (hysteroscopy) done and all went well, 

it was done under full anaesthesia but it was very short and I have no pain or discomfort. 

To be honest it was like I went to hospital to have a snooze (20 mins) and then back home, 2 hours after it I was home. 

Bueno . . . la semana pasada (jueves) me hicieron una pequeña operación (histeroscopia) y todo fue bien, fue con anestesia total pero fue muy corto y no tengo ningún dolor ni molestia postoperatoria. 

Then I have been doing another mitten:

Not because I'm hyper-maniac and have to try to promised pattern 100 times before I make it public . . . but because I lost one on a weekend excursion.

Y no porque sea una supermaniaca  que tenga que probar el ya prometido patrón  antes de hacerlo publico . . . sino porque perdi uno en una excursion del fin de semana

I lost one of the aubergine colour ones I made for myself, and as I had already left one behind of the natural colour yarn shown above in France over Christmas. . .well I decided to make one of the neutral ones as I had not been able to wear them for sometime since I was missing one of the mittens. 

Perdí uno de los de color berenjena y en Navidad me olvide en casa de mis suegros en Francia uno de este par de color natural . . . así que decidí hacerme uno de estos de color natural ya que aun me quedaba lana suficiente y no los he podido llevar puestos desde Navidad ya que me faltaba uno. 

However. . . I did test the pattern in the making of the second-lost mitten and I'm happy to say it worked for me. So I now have to finish it in the computer and hopefully I can publish it before 2020 !! 

Sin embargo . . .si que probé el patrón haciendo este segundo mitón y estoy encantada de deciros que me ha funcionado. Así que ahora debo poder publicar el patrón antes de 2020 !!!

As my daughter's 6th birthday was yesterday,  last Friday I had 14 kids invited for a party, but I planned it outside of the house this time and we all went to one of those fun places for kids !!! 

Parents come out with a huge headache but who cares if my Princess had fun ?? 

Ya que fue el cumpleaños de mi hija ayer, el viernes tuve 14 niños invitados a la fiesta, pero esta vez había planeado hacerlo todo en una piscina de bolas  !!!

Los papas salimos con un gran dolor de cabeza de estos sitios pero a quien le importa si mi Princesa se lo paso bomba ??

It was her day, her weekend. . . .

Era su día, su fin de semana . . .

The weather was gorgeous . . . and we went for walks in the town where I live: Alcala de Henares. . . 

and I could take nice pictures as my husband had got me for my birthday (last month) a new camera that I received last week. . . . 

and so I played with my camera and now you will all hopefully see nicer pictures in my blog. . . 

Hizo un tiempo precioso . . . así que dimos paseos por Alcala de Henares, donde vivimos . . .

y pude hacer bonitas fotos ya que mi marido me ha regalado una cámara de fotos por mi cumpleaños (el mes pasado) y me llego la semana pasada. . . .

así que jugué con mi cámara y ahora mi blog tendrá fotos mas bonitas . . .

It is on the St. Jacques way . . . as this shell marks 

Esta en el Camino de Santiago Complutense. . . como marca esta concha en el suelo

And it is also a town of storks . . .  they are everywhere and are protected . . . 

Y también es la ciudad de las cigüeñas. . . están por todos los sitios y están protegidas . . . 

 And here is THE CAKE . . . .for the PRINCESS . . . 

Y aqui esta EL PASTEL . . . para la PRINCESA . . . 

A friend of mine makes them locally . . . homemade . . . yummy, gorgeous with soft cheese and white chocolate frosting . . . 

I could never imagine I could like that combination ....

Una amiga las hace localmente . . .caseras. . . .deliciosas. . . con un topping de queso cremoso y chocolate blanco. . . .

Nunca me hubiera imaginado que me gustase esa combinación . . . 

And had to be PINK in the inside

Y por dentro tenia que ser ROSA 

and this below is the PYSSLA or hama beads I got my daughter from Ikea. . . and yesterday we spent an hour or so making this CK rose with it. . . 

Another way to waist endless hours . . . a new hobby, just in case I did not have enough, ha,ha 

y esto de aqui abajo son las perlas PYSSLA de Ikea o tambien llamadas hama. . . .de Ikea y ayer pasamos una hora haciendo esta flor de Cath Kidston con ellas . . .

Otra forma de perder horas . . . un nuevo hobby, solo por si no tenia ya bastantes, ja, ja. . . 

and tomorrow I will be on the way to my dear Ireland for work. 

I will be back next week and hope not to bore you with my pictures.
