I've been . . . busy again. . . how many projects are you doing at the same time ?? 

I'm doing 3 . . . well 4 . . . .

I'm knitting and overly exciting about my new knitting needles ! 

They do brighten up my yarn time. . . they do . . .big time.

Well, it seems I'm slowly getting back to normal. . . 

I'm working (slowly) on writing the mittens pattern. 

I have written very few patterns in my life and this one I'm finding it very difficult, specially as I have found no reference whatsoever for a written pattern for the Crossed Basket-weave Stitch (in Crochet) and so I'm trying to find the words to explain it to you. 

But I will get there, eventually and hope you understand why is taking me soo long and I'm sure I can count on your patience, can't I ?

Bueno, parece que poco a poco vuelvo a la normalidad . . .

Estoy trabajando (muy despacito, lo se) en el patrón de los mitones. 

He escrito muy pocos patrones de crochet en mi vida y este me esta resultando muy dificil. Especialmente porque no he encontrado ninguna referencia de patrón escrito para el Punto Cesta Entrecruzado y estoy intentando encontrar la forma de explicarlo con palabras para que lo podáis entender. 

Pero bueno, lo conseguiré. . . y espero que entendais porque me ha llevado tanto tiempo y estoy segura de que puedo contar con vuestra paciencia, verdad ?

In the meanwhile I made this beauty . . . isn't it lovely ?

I bought a hook size 12 in 2013, sometime before the summer . . . 

and I only got to use it last weekend. 

I made this little basket to hold my little skeins of yarn stash. 

It took me around 1 hour flat !! it is soo quick to make you would not believe it and I really needed a quick project.

Mientras tanto he hecho esta belleza . . . no es bonito ?

Compre un ganchillo del 12, antes del verano de 2013 . . . 

pero solo lo he usado el pasado fin de semana. 

Esta cestita sera para guardar las bolitas que tengo de restos de lana. 

Me llevo 1 hora en total ! Es muy rápido de hacer, de verdad y necesitaba un proyecto rápido.

Apart from opening my shop last week I have also been really busy with work this week. I was working at a trade show and was out of home more than 12 hours every day from Wednesday to Friday. This is the reason I have not been able to post the mittens pattern. But I promise I will post it very soon . . .

Selling yarn was not really in my plans a year ago but around September 2013 the idea of opening an Esty shop kept playing in my head and then in October I came across this yarn and I just fell head over heels for it !! 

Woolly is the new DMC yarn and is 100% Merino Wool, from Australia and it is incredibly soft . . . the colours are just delicious and yummy. 

It is very flexible and does not frail easily. 

There is a full range of 36 colours but I'm starting with 21 colours. 

Anyway I started using this yarn and loved it, got literally tangled and thought: why not sell it too ?
